Solidarity Hour... The One with Tony Martignetti
We were fortunate to have Tony Martignetti join our Solidarity Hour call. It’s so good to feel Tony’s grounded energy. This seems to happen whenever we shift to what we’re supposed to be doing in life.
We dove straight in to his past as a former CFO of a billion dollar biotech organization developing drugs that changed patients’ lives. He loved the impact they were collectively making.
But something was missing.
He experienced depression and burnout.
He realized this was not the work he was supposed to be doing in the world.
He looked back and noticed clues.
He was constantly sought out by people to discuss what they should do next. His grounding energy helped them generate ideas and find their “why.”
In one pivotal meeting, Tony literally walked out of the room with the decision made that he was going to change the industry. And he never looked back. Listen in to hear how that happened.
He now inspires and coaches leaders through honest conversations to find their “why” so they become unstoppable. He truly lives the Gandhi quote “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
