Solidarity Hour... The One With Amber, Yvette and Jim

Fabulous people not only survive, but quickly learn how to thrive in times of trials and tribulations. We often end up realizing that the worst thing that happened to us long ago, turns out to be the best thing that could have happened to us. In hindsight, life makes sense.

Huge thanks to our guest speakers: Amber Caulde, Yvette Ly, and Jim Spruell. Thank you for sharing your stories, vulnerability, tough decisions you had to make, and your outlook through this pandemic. Jim talked about starting over at 60. Amber shared her story closing her restaurant in LA and how you can find peace when you least expect it. Yvette discussed how they stayed ahead of the game closing their restaurant in NYC before others. Both Amber and Yvette shared through how they’re taking care of their team. If you use this time wisely, you may even come out stronger. It was a great note to end on, on a Friday afternoon!

Amber and Vicki live and breathe “The Surrender Experiment,” by Michael Singer.

“No matter who we are, life is going to put us through the changes we need to go through. The question is: Are we willing to use this force for our transformation? I saw that even very intense situations don't have to leave psychological scars, if we are willing to process our changes at a deeper level,” Michael Singer
