Solidarity Hour... The One with Steve Cardwell

Steve Cardwell lived in multiple cities before settling down in Atlanta with his wife and three kids, is a techie at heart, has 22 years of experience in consulting, and is the lead of Pariveda Solutions' Atlanta office. Fabulous community, and especially Pariveda folks - you don't want to miss hearing this Solidarity Hour! 

Steve shares stories about how he got to start journaling, conducting workshops with his team on grieving, deconstructing his mindsets and behaviors multiple times throughout his life, and how his post-40 year old hobbies of yoga and improv have been life-changing for him. 

It was interesting and inspiring to hear Steve's perspectives on his life journey, the pandemic, and that in this Covid-world, we need to look at throughput differently for attaining the same output that we used to get more easily in a pre-Covid world.

We appreciated hearing some funny stories too, including working with Vips - technically Steve as his boss, and why Steve's kids think he sleeps when he says he's going to take a work call.

A few things are for sure - as we know Steve pretty well - he is always trying to better himself and always finds a way to do so, through grit and hustle but also self awareness and feedback. And that, in a nutshell, is what makes him inspirational, a true leader, and Fabulous.
